Why is America so FAT?! Is it because of the corn that is in all of our food? Or do people just like to eat until they cant anymore and get sick? Lets look inside the mind of JSmaw!

Sooo….whats up homies! Long time no talk haha lol! Today has been a good day for me thanks for wondering! I wanted to you you guys today about corn, America, and FAT. Did you guys know that most of the food (fast food) we eat has corn in it? Well guess what! It does. It even comes down to toothpaste believe it or not (believe it). You know when your tired and you really just want to get home fast, and you want something fast to eat? Then you notice that theres a McDonald’s down the street. YUMM! Well you know that hamburger you get with those chicken nuggets? Its full of corn. Thats all your eating is corn! But there are some good things about fast food! Its cheap. Thats the only reason so many people eat it but everything your eating is making you fatter and fatter. In the economy today i can understand why people want cheap food because the price on everything is going up. Nobody today has the money to pay for gormet healthy food but which one is more important: your body or money? You can die from being overweight but hey at least you have some money right? Wrong! You wont be alive to spend it!

A hamburger is just fat with meat thrown in. So your just eating fat when you eat a hamburger! Americans want cheap food well, thats what your getting…..with a price.

16 percent of Americans from the age of 6 to 19 or overweight or obese because of fast food and the corn in all of the food. Get it together people! Like I said before which is more important? Money or your Body? think about it! Bye people I love yall

Afghanistan :( Such a Sad Place…..

 Hola Peoples!!! Afghanistan is a bad place right now at the moment. As we all know there is a war going on there right now. The people there are desperately poor and need some help. The war is going on there and I can just imagine how they feel. Its really sad once you think about it. I dont know what I would do in that situation and im glad im not. U.S. Troops have been fighting there ever since 2003. The troops alone can’t stop the Taliban, but the presidents wants to push then as far as they can go. What about the kids in school? Is everything going to be destroyed for them? Troops have been climbing up and down mountains which I know has really been hard. They are doing all they can.

For the people there I dont know how they arg getting by without all of the things they need to survive. And here in America we have everything we want is really makes us seem selfish! Hmm…I wonder what I would do in thats situation.I just feel so bad  Well I gotta go ill talk to yall later BYE!!!!

2010 Winter Olympics! = FAIL!!!

Hola peoples whats up?! I know yall have been missing me and I have some good news! You all know im married to Beyonce right? Well guess what shes PREGANAT!!! Yes, Yes, Yes, shes pregnant and i know yall are like awwwww Justing going to be a father! Welll yea I am!!!

Anyway back on subject. The 2010 Winter Olympics are about to start and im so happy (NOT) in my oppinion im not happy about it. I might watch hockey and thats all. All of the rest I think is stupid. But i have to do a post about this or i will get a F in current events sooo…..hope you like it (you better).

Shaun White is a “famous” wanna be snowboarder. Now i dont know anything about a snowboard i dont even own one BUT it seems boring! Hes only 23 and already an Olympic veteran. He already won the mens half-pipe event at the 2006 Winter Olympics. Now he wants to win some snowboarding thing! I doubt he will.

Lindsey Vonn hasnt won a Olympic metel yet but she has high hopes. I dont know about her. Shes 25 from Minnesota. She says thats “its been her dream since she was a little kid”. Well, good luck.  hahaha

My Favourite Holiday Memory: Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :) :D :)

Hola mis amigos/amigas this is just a post because i’m at school and i’m bored :( hahah just kidding school has been fun so far! I have gotten gifts and everything including a iTunes Giftcard!!! but i just wanted to talk about my favourite holiday memory which is christmas!!!! I think it was 2005 when me and my sister wanted to stay up all night on Christmas night because she wanted to see if “Santa” would really come (of course there is no suck thing) but it was about 3:00 in the morning when we heard a noise coming from downstairs. We slowly walked down the stairs and we saw him. It was “Santa” so me and my sister decided to catch him. We both ran and jumped on him and he fell to the floor he tried to get away but we tied him up with rope. When we turned him over to my shock it was my dad. Me and my sister were very mad so we hit him over and over until he told us to get off of him. I went to my room and cried because I was so mad.

In the morning  it was around 7 when I got up and I opened my door and I saw all of these presents and a note from my dad that said i’m sorry and he gave me $50!!!! i was trying to walk through all of the presents to get to my parents room and then I saw the present that I wanted. It was a cellphone!!!!!!! It had a full keyboard and later I found out that it was a smartphone! I was so happy that i ran into my parents room and jumped on my dad again and told him that I loved him.

AHHHHHHH Get out of the water! SHARK! The return of ‘Jaws’

Hola mi Amigos! Im back! and I know y’all love me and miss me! Well everybody loves Mr. Justin Knowels! hahaha! Anyway I wont be able to write a blog on what i want to anymore because our teacher wont let us so they might be  as fun and as interesting as Sorority Row. But i have to tak about some sharks in the Ocean and how close they are getting to the shore. I know what y’all are thinking…BORING!!!!…but its kinda interesting.

Great Whit Sharks swim closer to the shore than we expected. Most people think sharks are just dangerous animals and eat people but they dont. Sharks probably think of us and a seal or turtle swimming in the water and thats why they try to attack us. I dont think that they just eat us because they think we taste good and think of us as food!

Since 1952 there have been at least 10 shark attack deaths because the sharks come so close to the shore. Did you guys know that its more likely to die from hitting a deer with a car or being ripped apart by a dog than being attacked by a shark! Well it sucks for me because i live in the middle of nowhere Alabama! Researchers start tagging sharks to see what they do and how close they come to the shore where people play and go swim. well thats all I have people!

Too Fat to Graduate? What’s Next?

Hola!!! I’m back! Mr. Justin Knowles here! I wanted to talk about something that I just heard about a few days ago. At Lincoln University in Pennsylvania the students that have a BMI (body mass index) of 30 or above won’t be able to walk at graduation. I think that it’s really mean that the people working there just tell the students, “Oh, you’re too fat. Go lose some weight.” I mean have they ever thought about how they are making people feel? I think that it’s really wrong, it’s size discrimination! The students that are overweight have to take a P.E. class and lose weight in order to walk at graduation. I know that being obese is a huge problem in America right now but that’s not the right way to handle it. The people at this college are just sick and it really annoys me.

I would just let the people go on with their lives because its their choice with what they want to do. Of course eating, eating, and eating until you can’t eat for 2 days is wrong but it’s not like anyone can change that! After those people take the class they can go back to doing the same thing they were doing before and gain back the weight they lost. Its their life and their own choice to do what they want to do in their lives. I dont think some P.E. class will make a difference.

Cyberbullying is Mean!!! Its Mean to be Mean People

OKKKKK im back!!! Yea I know yall love me! I wanted to talk about people being bullied over the internet. Now this is so stupid to me! I mean really? Getting bullied over the internet? Come on people get over it you get cused out by some stranger and cry about it? Some people even kill themselves whats up with that????? I understand if its somethiung about your family or something serious like that but one girl said that the other girl told everyone her secret over the internet! Get over it!!!! I dont think people knowing a secret will drive you to kill yourself!

SOOOO people whats the lesson we learned today? GET A LIFE!!!! Dont let one little thing someone post’s abot you on the internet get you down. I mean look at the celebrities ont the internet some stuff about them is so bad im supprised Rihanna and MIley Cyrus havent killed themselves yet! Along with the pictures that are linked on the internet of then and people get to post comments about the persons body. I think thats a lot worse then somebody telling a secret about you! FO SERIOUS. T-Mobile Sidekick Helping the Deaf

Hello I have a Sidekick as you all know! Well I bet that none of you knew that the T-Mobile Sidekick is better for deaf people than people that can hear. Because of the keyboard and the home screen which you dont have to use your eqars to hear it is a easy device for people who cant hear.

After the recent data loss I really feel bad becasuse of what they have to go through like having to copy all of the numbers down again. I know if I hated it then I know they will.

For the deaf people who can hear a little then thats good because the sidekick has a loud speaker so that you can hear from at least a mile away. Its also a good alarm clock. After the accident with the loss of information I am not staying with the Sidekick and I dont think that deaf people would want to stay with it either. Peace!

T-Mobile Sidekick Outage: Your data will NEVER come back.

Ok I have a T-Mobile Sidekick and about 1 1/2 weeks ago my phone restarted by itself while I was texting my friend Michael and when it turned on I saw that all of my emails, text messages, picture message, games, ringtones, contacts, bookmarks, myfaves icon, facebook, internet and all of my settings went back to default. When I callled tmobile i asked them what happened and they said that it was a outage and that they would not charge me for my data service this month which is $25 extra a month. I was ok with the offer as long as I got all of my stuff back. Skip 5 days and still nothing is back I called them again and asked them what happened and they said that they have lost EVERYTHING as you know I would start yellling on the phone until he hung up in my face. I called back and they said that there was a nation wide outage with Danger and Microsoft and the server crashed and lost all of our data. I asked them if I could get a free phone or something to replace my peice of crap Sidekick Slide and of course they said no, but they did say that if my data never came back then i would get a $100 T-Mobile card. It has been 3 weeks and I still have nothing, thats why im getting the T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2 (http://www.gadgetlegend.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/t-mobile-htc-touch-pro2-mobile-device.jpg) I will never get another sidekick.

Microsoft claims that its not their fault that their backend server protecting all of our information crashed. Here is the official message from T-Mobile “Well, this is shaping up to be one of the biggest disasters in the history of cloud computing, and certainly the largest blow to Danger and the Sidekick platform: T-Mobile’s now reporting that personal data stored on Sidekicks has “almost certainly has been lost as a result of a server failure at Microsoft/Danger.” They’re still looking for a way to recover it, but they’re not giving users a lot of hope — meanwhile, servers are still on the fritz and customers are being advised not to let their devices power down because anything that’s still on there will be lost the next time the device is turned on. Another communique is promised from T-Mobile on Monday to give everyone a status update on the recovery efforts, but at this point, it’s not looking good at all.

Update: Apparently T-Mobile has paused the sale of new Sidekicks, as all models are now listed as “temporarily out of stock” on the company’s site. Additionally, a warning as been added to the post on T-Mobile’s forum which reads: “Sidekick customers, during this service disruption, please DO NOT remove your battery, reset your Sidekick, or allow it to lose power.”

Honestly I dont blame T-Mobile for this outage but I blame Microsoft who bought Danger (old service provider for Sidekick). They were too busy trying to replace a server tring to get more space and more MONEY but something went wrong and it crashed causing the nation wide Sidekck Outage . Bye Bye Sidekick. I hate you Micro$oft.

We all knew it wouldn’t be long before lawsuits were filed over the Sidekick outage and data loss. As Microsoft/Danger still struggles to restore data and get things back up and stable, people are already filing lawsuits, “claiming negligence and false claims.”

“A suit filed for a Bakersfield, CA man and “all others similarly situated” says that Danger failed to handle Sidekick user’s data and that they advertised in a misleading manner. He’s asking for monetary damages as well as the court to order Microsoft to fix the Sidekick service or offer a full refund. The attorney handling the case was quoted as saying: “We are hopeful that T-Mobile and the rest of the defendants will do the right thing, use this as an opportunity to redesign the system as a new standard for cloud computing storage, and provide full compensation for the data loss.”Another class action law suite was filed for Maureen Thompson and again “all others similarly situated” against T-Mobile/Danger/Microsoft for the outage and loss of data. Same sort of thing.And there’s yet another suit filed by Oren Rosenthal against T-Mobile for the negligence, breach of contract, blah blah blah.Should be interesting to see how these play out. If you hear of any others, let us know over on skfail.com’s Lawsuit forum. Also i heard Pariz hilton is wanting to file for one because of all of her contacts lost. PEOPLE FORGET ABOUT THE SIDEKICK ITS OVER!

Babbbbbby T-Rex!

Hello world! i know yall love me! well anyway i am mad because the blog i have to type is about a stupid T-Rex found in China. why do i care? honestly I DONT! Ok there was a baby t-rex found in China well i dont care because ITS DEAD!  But why is this so important? i dont know because we have found thousands of bones and stuff from 1,000,000 years ago.

Its about 9 feet tall. Because of its size the baby is much more interesting than the adult T-Rex. they both have sharp teeth and powerful legs. It is the most important fossil discovery of the year. I think they should display it in a museum before they send it back to China but who knows what they would do. Fragments of sand were found on its skeleton. Some people think that the person who unearthed the fossil without permission should be arrested but i think they are just crazy i think that my wife and i should get the money!
